New - Traxim Centreline Tools
16 February 2026
The Traxim Centreline Tools widget supports easy creation of track geometry files. Google Earth Pro's "add path" tool can be used to create a kml file. The widget will then convert this into a track centreline for use with Traxim. The tool also allows Traxim geometry files to be converted back to Google Earth to allow easy visualisation and correlation to physical network features.
Train Graph Viewer - Train Route Mapping Added
13 February 2026
The Train Path Viewer now shows the train route through the network in two forms: as a representation of the train's route through the network for the extent of the network visible in the broswer window, formatted as a strip-map, and; for its route through a local area in a geographically approximate representation. All of the network configuration is as generated in the NetworK Editor. This allows fine control of the network configuration as a hybrid of a geographical and schematic representaion, given good visibility and context.
Improved Network Editor
29 January 2026
The Network Editor has now been improved to provide a more intuitive user experience, better formatting, and to eliminate bugs. The Network Editor also now has the node geopositioning function built-in, making the manual Excel positioning process redunant.
"Live" Emulation - Train History Added to Viewer
7 January 2026
The emulation for Traxim live now includes around two hours of train history. Note that this is purely a synthetic history derived from the projected train location, mildly randomised. In production, this history would represent actual train location.
Traxim Goes Live
24 November 2025
The Traxim resolver is now live. The resolver is currently running in beta mode while testing and bug elimination continues. The resolver can be accessed through the Traxim Controller. This allows files to be uploaded and assembled into scenarios for validation and resolution.
